SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, we endeavour to ship orders within 3 business days.

Standard Shipping: Within 10 business days, excluding Public Holidays. 

Express Shipping: Within 3 business days, excluding Public Holidays.

The above times are a guideline and are subject to unforeseen changes outside of our control.  Please contact us if your order does not arrive within two weeks.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love our herbs and products as much as we do.  If a product is faulty or not what you expected please do not hesitate to contact us to see how we can help.

If you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly refund or exchange your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  The item must be unopened, in its original packaging and in resell-able condition.  Shipping costs are non refundable and the price of return shipping is at your expense.  Please contact us to arrange a return and we will explain the procedure to you.

Regrettably we are unable to accept returns for dried herbs or gift vouchers, however if you have any concerns with what you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will always try to help if we can. 

PRICES & PAYMENT

By placing an order online with The Herbal Apothecary, you are agreeing to pay the amount specified with your order which includes each product ordered, the cost of delivery & any subsequent fees.  

 

All prices on the website are incluse of GST and are in Australian Dollars.  We accept payments via credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or paypal.  Face to Face services may be made in person at time of consultations.
